From half a day to several days with accommodation, onboard catering, and sailing, our fleet adapts to all types of business or private events.

If you prefer a more exotic adventure, embark on a cruise in Asia along the Mekong, or discover wildlife on a safari-cruise in Southern Africa. 5. Offer Proposal & Signing the Contract


Using the information you have provided, our agents will create a detailed, personalized offer that you will receive by email. If the offer corresponds to your expectations and you confirm the proposed offer, our agents will prepare the contract with all the details before sending it to you for signature.







6. Organizing the Trip


Once the contract has been signed, our agents will work with you to organize the details of your trip, including the most suitable transport for you and your journey to and from the river station. They will be on hand to help you manage all the stages involved in making your event a success: transport, itinerary, excursions, entertainment, etc., so that you get a turnkey experience.

In a unique setting, on the water, we offer an event to match your ambitions. With a fleet of 50 ships, whether in France, Europe, or further afield, our fleet are often moored in the heart of towns and easily accessible.


Aboard our barges, you can enjoy destinations on the canals of France: Paris, Champagne, Alsace, Burgundy, Oise, and Provence. Accommodating up to 22 passengers and 6 crew members, our barges offer an intimate atmosphere for small groups of friends or family.

FOOD AND DRINK:


We offer you the freedom to choose from the menus offered onboard. Cocktails, buffets, or plated meals are carefully prepared according to your wishes and served in our restaurants.


During working sessions, one or two breaks include coffee, tea, orange juice, and mini pastries.







ENTERTAINMENT:


Additionally, a full program of entertainment is available to add a touch of relaxation and fantasy to your meeting. Whether it's Jazzy, Variety, Karaoke, Cabaret, or Humorous entertainment, all are available onboard to punctuate your most festive moments. Working with professional entertainers, we'll provide you with the right artist or troupe to play this key role in entertaining, seducing, and surprising your guests!






WORK SPACE:


A flexible space that can be configured as a theatre, round or U-shaped table. A plenary room equipped with a video projector, screen, blackboard, paper, and mineral water on the table. Sub-committee rooms are also available. This space can be transformed into a convivial area with a dance floor and comfortable sofas for your gala evenings or evening entertainment.

In collaboration with our sales teams, choose from a range of excursions, each more exciting than the last! Whether it's on foot or by bus, on your own or accompanied by our guides, in ‘classic excursion’ or ‘dynamic excursion’ mode for more original experiences and a change of perspective.
